This privacy policy applies to the FreeCell for Seniors app developed by MB Networks. This policy describes how we handle information in connection with your use of the app.
Information we collect
The app itself does not collect or transmit any personally identifiable information. However, the app uses third-party services that may collect certain information:
- Unity LevelPlay — the advertising service used to show ads in the free version of the app. LevelPlay is operated by Unity Technologies and mediates two advertising networks, Unity Ads and ironSource Ads. It may collect your device’s advertising identifier (only with your permission — see Advertising below), ad and app interaction data, IP address, and general device information, in order to select and measure ads. It also collects performance and diagnostic data, which is not used to track you. You can review Unity’s privacy policy at unity.com/legal/privacy-policy.
- Apple StoreKit — used to process the “Remove Ads” in-app purchase. Apple handles all payment processing and we do not receive or store payment information.
Data stored on your device
The app stores the following data locally on your device only:
- Your player initials (for the high score board)
- Your top 10 high scores
- Whether you have purchased the “Remove Ads” upgrade
This data is stored using Apple’s standard UserDefaults system and never leaves your device or is transmitted to any server.
Advertising
The free version of the app displays advertisements supplied through Unity LevelPlay (Unity Technologies), which mediates the Unity Ads and ironSource Ads networks.
Your advertising identifier and App Tracking Transparency
Before any ad is requested, the app asks your permission to use your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA), using Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can decline. If you do, the app still works exactly the same and still shows ads — they are simply general ads rather than ones selected for you. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Ad privacy choices
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the app asks on first launch whether you consent to personalized advertising, and passes your answer to the advertising network. You can review or change that answer at any time from the app’s Settings screen, under “Ad Privacy Choices”.
If you are a California resident, you may direct us not to sell or share your personal information; the app transmits that signal to the advertising network on your behalf.
Install measurement
The app participates in Apple’s SKAdNetwork, a privacy-preserving framework that lets advertisers measure whether an ad led to an app install. Apple sends those advertisers limited, aggregated reports. No personal information about you is shared this way, and it does not depend on your advertising identifier.
Removing ads
Purchasing the one-time “Remove Ads” upgrade permanently removes all advertisements from the app.
Children’s privacy
The app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the app, please contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Your rights
Since the app does not collect personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete. For data collected by the advertising service, please see Unity’s privacy policy and privacy controls at unity.com/legal/privacy-policy, and your device’s own controls under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
